Terms of Service

These terms describe the agreement between SalesBee and your organisation.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the SalesBee platform and services ("Service") provided by SalesBee (TroveLogic Ltd) ("SalesBee", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Account Registration & Access
- • You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration
- • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service
- • One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one free account
- • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
- • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
2. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use the Service to:
- • Send unsolicited bulk emails or spam
- • Send emails to purchased, rented, or third-party lists without consent
- • Violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or other applicable laws
- • Impersonate another person or entity
- • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
- • Harass, abuse, or harm others
- • Violate intellectual property rights
- • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or related systems
Violation of these terms may result in immediate account suspension or termination.
3. Free Trial & Billing
Growth Trial:
- • Up to 30 days or until 3 Qualified Conversions (whichever comes first)
- • Minimum 7 days guaranteed
- • No credit card required to start
- • Limited to 25 leads per business day (Mon-Fri)
Paid Subscriptions:
- • Billed monthly in advance
- • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
- • Prices may change with 30 days notice
- • You may cancel at any time (no partial refunds)
Payment Processing:
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.
4. Data & Intellectual Property
Your Data:
- • You retain all rights to your customer data, leads, and content
- • You grant us a license to use your data solely to provide the Service
- • You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to use and process your data
- • You can export or delete your data at any time
Our Intellectual Property:
- • The Service, including software, design, and content, is owned by SalesBee
- • You may not copy, modify, or reverse engineer the Service
- • "SalesBee" and our logos are trademarks of TroveLogic Ltd
5. Service Availability & Support
- • We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
- • We may suspend the Service for maintenance with reasonable notice
- • Support is provided via email during UK business hours
- • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice
6. Termination
By You:
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
By Us:
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay fees, or engage in fraudulent activity.
Effect of Termination:
- • Your access to the Service will be revoked
- • We will retain your data for 90 days, then permanently delete it
- • You may request an export of your data before deletion
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:
- • The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
- • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- • Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the last 12 months
- • We are not responsible for third-party services or integrations
- • You are responsible for backing up your data
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold SalesBee harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any rights of another party.
9. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
